The hotel staff were fantastic, the food was fantastic and the views were wonderful. The sunset over the terrace was surreal (see photos). The sea most days was like a tranquil pond and we were even lucky enough to see dolphins twice. The hotel is reasonably priced especially in October. The rooms were all a decent size even the standard rooms, all with nice bathrooms. The beds and pillows were really comfy too. They have good options for family rooms and larger suites. Yes it’s a little tired on the outside, in places but, for us, it just added to the traditional feel and ambiance, and there are some lovely trees and climbing flowers/vines. Inside the rooms have been nicely refurbished. The breakfast is well worth it with so much variety and the quality of food is very good. They will cook you omelettes and waffles as well as the hot and cold buffet. It’s a 6/7 minute drive into town but you can get a taxi for about €9 which reception will call for you, although during very busy times there might be a short wait for a taxi. This did not worry us we were not in a rush and happy to sit by the pool in the tranquil surroundings take in the views and have a drink. Salobrena itself is a lovely town with some great restaurants, a clean beach with lovely views / sunsets. We all had a fantastic time and will certainly be back.

This was our second return to this hotel after we enjoyed our stay very much. We had a nice room with a balcony a view of the mountains, and a partial sea view, even though we didn't request a sea view. The room and bathroom were nice and clean, and parking lots belonged to the hotel and had plenty of space to park. The swimming pool was clean, and in the morning and afternoon, there were animations for children and dancing in the pool for adults. Nice cafes and restaurants in the graden. Stunning views from the shared terrace. The Wi-fi is ok, the room has a fridge.

Our room was upgraded, and we had a room with a balcony and a nice view of the mountains, though initially, we booked the simplest room without any view or balcony. The room and bathroom are both clean. There is a fridge in the room. The pool was large and clean, and the view from the shared terrace was amazing. The hotel has nice cafes and restaurants at normal prices. Beautiful garden. The staff is polite and helpful. Free parking only for this hotel with plenty of parking lots.

Amazing location on top of cliff, great sea and pool view from balcony. Beds were SO comfy, and the room had a great shower, fridge and plenty of wardrobe space. The biggest pool we've had as we've travelled around Malaga and Granada, and great cafe/bar on site. Breakfast buffet was huge. And free parking. Staff were so helpful, extending our departure time and helping with taxis. Will definitely return, wish we had stayed longer!!!

Chenine

Spectacular views from our room. Great facilities, the outdoor pool and sun beds were appreciated as we were blessed with hot weather during our stay. We stayed here for two nights on route to meet our daughter and her family near Granada. The hotel is located on top of a cliff a little away from the centre. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice and we tried the evening buffet meal one evening, which was good too.
